Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited, on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies under the brand Glassfrog (Glassfrog), is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.Glassfrog.in and the mobile application ‘Glassfrog’ (together, Website). The Term Glassfrog shall include Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited, the web portal Glassfrog.in and the Mobile Application Glassfrog.

• a. Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited, on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies under the brand Glassfrog shall hereinafter be called as Glassfrog.
• b. Buddy: Any person or entity entering into a contract with Glassfrog for the Buddy Program created by Glassfrog. Thereby agreeing to all terms and conditions set hereforth.
• c. Buddy Program: The referral program shall be an incentive. The details are set hereforth as enumerated under terms of Use.
• d. Eligible Referral: means a successful downloading of the Glassfrog Application on an Android or iOS platform Mobile Phone and the app shall remain on the Phone for at least 7 days on this device. Further, the First 5 Mobile phone registered shall not be eligible for any Referral Payout.
• e. Eligibility: The Buddy must simultaneously satisfy all the conditions set hereforth:
  • i) Any person above 18 years of Age
  • ii) Any person competent to enter into a contract as per Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • iii) Not debarred under any law to do business
• f. BOTS: Automatic robotic programs used for installing the App in the mobile or Virtual phones system without manual interference.
• g. Virtual Phones: Any program installed through a virtual environment created on a computer system which may appear as if the app is installed on an actual smartphone.

• a. The buddy program is a referral program.
• b. The buddy shall make all the necessary and sincere efforts to make the user install the Application on his/her mobile phone.
• c. The buddy shall never force anyone to install the application.
• d. The buddy shall only act as an advisor and enumerate benefits of the easy appointment method using the application.
• e. The buddy shall allow the Glassfrog to paste advertisement material on the allocated space by the Buddy.
• f. The buddy shall not make any false commitments of the application.
• g. Glassfrog shall provide the Referral Code or QR Code to the Buddy so as to identify the Buddy from whose login the code is made.
• h. The device once registered with Glassfrog shall not be eligible for Buddy Program again irrespective of the fact whether the App was whether or not installed on advice of the Buddy.
• i. It shall be purely violation of this Contract if any BOT(s) or Apps or softwares are used for installation of Glassfrog App in number of phones. In such case no payments will be made to the Buddy.
• j. Buddy shall make sure that app is not installed using his/her referral code through app being installed on Virtual Mobile phones or devices.

• a. The buddy shall be paid Rs. 20.00 (Rupees Twenty Only/-) the incentive on the Eligible Referrals.
• b. The Tax at Source shall be deducted at applicable rates as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• c. In case the Buddy is registered under the GST laws then the same shall issue Tax invoice to the company (Glassfrog) on the basis of which payment shall be released.
• d. The payment shall be made by Glassfrog to the Buddy by 10th of the month succeeding the month in which applications were installed and the referral payment becomes due.
• e. This is an incentive program and based purely on the discretion of the Glassfrog. Hence, Glassfrog reserves the right to terminate the Buddy program at any point of time after due intimation for the program end date.
• f. Glassfrog will not be held responsible for any communication made by Glassfrog but not received by the Buddy.

• a. Glassfrog may deem that a payment is not a Qualifying Payment;
• b. Glassfrog may stop you from participating in the Buddy Program;
• c. Glassfrog may revoke any Referral Rewards;
• d. Glassfrog may block you from participating in future promotional activities; and/or suspend your account, in each case if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms and/or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Promotion in any way.
• e. Glassfrog will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion or from your enjoyment of a Referral Reward.

These Terms and Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these Terms of Use which will continue in full force and effect.
